Health is wealth!! It is the foundation of your capacity to enjoy and perform in life. Whether you are a game day or an every day athlete your performance in life defines you. Your performance is dictated by your preparation. The core of your preparation is your health, fitness, and lifestyle habits. To satisfy yourself as well as your work, sport and family teams you must strive for excellence in your performance.

Blue Collar Zen coaching gives you the opportunity to confidentially explore and discuss a variety of possibilities, and identify which ones lead toward the solution you’re looking for-while mapping-out practical ways for getting there.
I draw on the principles, practices, and wisdom of the meditative martial arts to help you see yourself, and the environments you operate in, in new ways: ways that enable you to center, balance, and blend with the challenges you face, and achieve your goals by going with what’s happening, rather than resisting and trying to force your will on a situation.
The underlying premise of Blue Collar Zen coaching is a recognition that you innately know where you need and want to go, and how to get there. I just help you discover and trust that intuitive knowing-and where needed, offer suggestions to help jumpstart fresh perspectives pointing towards the accomplishments you’re looking for.

- Free initial 15 minute consultation
- Individual 50 minute consultations: $75 each.
